Sason’ wineyards are located around the small village Winden which goes back to Marc Aurel´s 12th century. Even the name of Austria‘s capital Vienna has its origin in „Vindobona“ meaning „God Wine“.
Some of the Sason wines are bio, while others are worked with draught horses and entirely harvested by hand. Sason grapes range from Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot to Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
